Affiliate Marketing Program Lead (f/m/d)

Your role:
We’re in business to save our home planet. As part of the Digital Marketing & CRM team for EMEA, this role supports this purpose by leading the development of the affiliate marketing roadmap while ensuring it aligns with key business priorities and storytelling moments. The role is responsible for building, shaping, and growing our affiliate program to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across the e-commerce channel.
Main tasks:
Platform Onboarding & Program Launch
Lead the onboardingof an affiliate marketing platform vendor and manage the successful launch of the affiliate marketing program with a focus on content affiliates, while ensuring alignment with technical, operational, and brand requirements.Strategic Planning & Performance Analysis
Develop and execute the roadmap for the affiliate channel that aligns with broader organization’s purpose-driven goals; leverage data, trends, and KPIs to forecast and assess performance.Affiliate Partner Management
Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with high-quality affiliate partners who align with the brand’s values and audiences; negotiate terms, commissions, and incentives to drive growth.Channel Activation & Collaboration
Develop and maintain affiliate onboarding process and communications; coordinate with eCommerce, PR, Brand, and creative teams to activate partners through campaigns, newsletters, and product seeding efforts.
Campaign Execution & Channel SupportSupport seasonal and evergreen initiatives by requesting creative assets and aligning affiliate activities with broader Go-To-Market and Brand strategies.
Performance Reporting
Monitor and report out on key performance indicators for the channel to assess channel efficacy and impact of affiliates.
What we’re looking for:
An inclusive mindset
Full understanding of affiliate marketing, including hands-on managing and growing programs across multiple European markets.
Experience working with various commission and bonus models to maximize efficiency of affiliate programs
Good understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics and UTM tracking codes, with proficiency in analysing and visualizing data.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; organized and process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and build effective cross-functional relationships.
Full understanding of the affiliate marketing space with a passion for digital marketing and data analysis to uncover actionable insights.
Fluent in English, with other languages being a plus.
Working knowledge of HTML and email template design tools is a plus.
Strong connection to Patagonia’s purpose statement and values.
The ideal candidate for this role has a deep knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, understands the interplay of paid digital marketing channels, and is passionate about facilitating relationships with brand and values-aligned affiliates to grow our customer base.

• This is a Full-time position based in Amsterdam
• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
