Your role:

We’re in business to save our home planet. Your role will contribute to this purpose by working closely with the Community Marketing & Impact Manager Central Europe and the Community Marketing and Impact Coordinator to execute storytelling and impact activities according to the Patagonia EMEA strategy especially within the Wholesale channel.


Main tasks:

  • Implementation of the Seasonal Brand and Product Marketing Campaigns at Wholesale dealers.

  • Handle requests from local dealers for POP (Point Of Purchase), window campaigns, online content and store events.

  • Work closely with the Design and Visual Merchandiser in Amsterdam to make sure the Wholesale campaigns are executed in the highest level.

  • Work closely with SIS (Shop in Shop) partners in Germany and Austria and implement seasonal storytelling.

  • Work with Wholesale accounts on environmental initiatives and connect them to key NGO partners.

  • Event Organization in collaboration with Wholesale partners (Product, Sport, Enviro).

  • Organisation and Production of Dealer Camps for relevant sport categories.

  • Follow up and creation of reporting of local marketing activities.

  • Support the translations team with proofreading and translations coordination.

  • Production, execution and event logistics of local brand events such as Worn Wear.

  • Collect needed information about relevant local environmental movements.

  • Be involved in regional grants councils, select relevant NGO projects for funding and work closely with the NGOs on their campaigns.

  • Other Ad hoc Marketing Projects.


What we’re looking for:

  • An inclusive mindset

  • Preferred Bachelor Degree in Marketing and / or educational background in Marketing. First experience in Trade/Retail/Wholesale Marketing.

  • Willingness to work on weekends and to travel.

  • Must understand the products and market.

  • Preferred product experience in the outdoor industry.

  • Fluent in German and English both spoken and written.

  • Excellent computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, internet) and general skills to learn new systems.

  • Driver’s License

  • Organized, dynamic and self-motivated

  • A love of the outdoors

  • A passion for saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work

  • This is a Full-time position based in Munich

  • We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
