Dealer Service Support Specialist (f/m/d) - 20h / week – 6-month contract

Your role:
We’re in business to save our home planet. Your role will contribute to this by helping our dealer service team to provide timely service to our wholesale partners (dealers). You will mostly be focusing on repair and return requests.
Main tasks:
• Process returns and repairs for wholesale accounts
• Manage replacement wholesale orders
• Creation of credit note requests
• Help resolve delivery complaints
• Provide a prompt, reliable and high-quality service and operational support to the wholesale dealers
• Complete daily & seasonal tasks in a timely and comprehensive manner
• Complete ad-hoc DS tasks and assignments
What we’re looking for:
• An inclusive mindset
• Experience in a customer facing role would be a plus
• Confident computer user with capability to quickly learn new systems and SW tools. Good knowledge of Excel required.
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and ability to work on own initiative
• A love of the outdoors
• An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work
Other important details:
• This is a temporary part-time position based in Munich, intended to support our team for 6 months strating from January 2025
• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for 2-3 days per week
