Your internship:

We’re in business to save our home planet. To achieve this, Patagonia utilizes its digital channels to communicate with our online audience about both sides of Patagonia, the responsible business, and the activist company. During this internship, you will contribute to our mission by assisting the Patagonia Action Works Manager in various projects and assignments.


Your tasks:

  • Create monthly reporting about digital community platforms performance, audience engagement and NGO engagement.

  • Support the Social Amplification program for our NGO’s.

  • Assist with the content management and moderation of NGO’s requests.

  • Help schedule content for organic social channels.

  • Support other activities related to the Patagonia Action Works strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • An inclusive mindset.

  • Enrolled in University or higher education studies related to Marketing/Operations, Communication, Environmental Studies or similar for the duration of the internship (or recent 2025 graduate).

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Good organizational and analytical skills.

  • Flexible attitude and strong proactive behavior.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.

  • A love of the outdoors.

  • An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your internship.

It is a plus if you have the following:

  • Understanding of social media scheduling tools.

  • Understanding of paid digital ads.

  • Involvement in environmental activism causes.

Other important details:

  • This is a full-time 6-month internship based in Amsterdam, starting from December 2025 or January 2026.

  • We have a hybrid work model, working from home for 2-3 days per week, but encourage our interns to be in the office more often.

  • We strive to make unbiased decisions and to offer a great experience to every person who applies for a role at Patagonia. Our interviews include standardized questions that focus on the aspects that are important for success in the role.

  • Please note: this internship is not suitable for completing a thesis project.
