Your role:

We are in business to save our home planet. You’ll be helping us achieve this by playing a critical role in refining and driving go-to-marketing (GTM) processes across various digital channels and regions. You will establish workflows, support event promotion, manage digital calendars, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless digital marketing operations across EMEA.


Main tasks:

Go-to-Market Processes:

·       Collaborate with EMEA Marketing, EMEA Ecommerce, and Global Marketing Operations to refine and drive in go-to-market processes.

·       Establish and manage workflows for digital channels and regional digital activations.

·       Provide promotional operations support for both brand and retail events.

·       Manage calendars for Action Works, Events, and Film teams.

·       Support Ecommerce and brand digital calendars.

 

Calendar and Asset Management:

·       Collaborate with Global Digital Operations to track and ensure timely delivery of digital assets from Global to Regional teams.

·       Support digital channels with end-to-end calendar management, including the development of new calendars and enhancement of communication across channels (product, merchandise, and analytics teams).

·       Develop frameworks and communication flows for efficient operations and ensure inclusion in timelines and processes.

·       Administer project management and digital asset management platforms.

 

Creative Briefing and Localization:

·       Drive the briefing process of regional creative stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

·       Collaborate with the Translations Coordinator to prioritize localization work into multiple EU languages.

·       Act as secondary in the absence of key localization or channel personnel.

 

Campaign Reporting

·       Collaborate with agencies, channels, analysts and designers to create post-campaign reports.


What we’re looking for:

·       An inclusive mindset

·       4+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or digital roles (like e-mail marketing, social media publishing, etc)

·       Educational background in Marketing or a relevant field

·       Excellent system-based organisation skills. Experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms

·       Experience with DAM (digital assets management) tools, like Bynder, would be a plus

·       Well organized; can work in multiple initiatives simultaneously; deadline oriented

·       Collaborator, team player; willing to get involved to help the larger team

·       High energy, self-starter, flexible; can anticipate and adapt to change

·       Ability to deal with ambiguity and cross-cultural nuances

·       Fluent in English; any other languages are a plus

·       A love of the outdoors

·       An interest in saving our home planet and having impact through your work

 

It’s a plus if you also have the following:

·       International experience

·       Experience within the apparel industry

 

Other important details:

·       This is a Full-time position based in Amsterdam

·       We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
