Patagonia is an outdoor apparel company founded in 1973. At a time when all life on earth is under threat of extinction, we aim to use the resources we have—our business, our investments, our voice and our imagination—to influence changes needed to protect our planet. A registered B Corporation and founding member of 1% for the Planet, Patagonia is recognised internationally for its commitment to product quality and environmental activism, contributing over $145 million in grants and in-kind donations to thousands of grassroots environmental groups around the world.

Your role:

We’re in business to save our home planet. The Logistics Coordinator ensures the accurate and timely execution of logistics flows (both inbound and outbound) at Patagonia’s European Distribution Centers with a primary focus on the NL and additional support on UK. The role manages daily communication with the 3PL partner, prioritizes inbound and outbound activities, and resolves operational issues to maintain service levels across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels. By balancing cost, speed, and internal values, the role contributes to Patagonia’s customer experience and operational efficiency across EMEA.

Main tasks:

Shipment Coordination: Manage shipments by liaising with 3PL partner in NL and the UK, sales channels, and supply teams to ensure accurate forecasts and on-time deliveries in collaboration with dedicated inbound and outbound coordinators. Prioritize daily tasks to meet service-level agreements across all channels. Assess specific needs of selected Wholesale dealers and ensure they are adhered to.

Issue Resolution: Investigate outbound delivery issues to determine root cause (3PL, carrier, systems issues etc.) and correct method of resolution. Identify and correct inbound errors e.g. value discrepancies, incorrect paperwork etc. Identify areas for improvement between Patagonia and 3PL. Escalate complex issues to the Warehouse Operations Lead when needed.

Stakeholder management: Maintain clear communication with all key stakeholders to enable provision of excellent customer service. Provide KPI updates when needed. Uphold and promote a positive working relationship between Patagonia and 3PL

Operational Backup: Act as a backup across logistics activities—including inbound, outbound for all channels, quality control, samples, and special projects —ensuring continuity during workload peaks or absences. Contribute to seasonal planning and resource allocation when required.

What we’re looking for:

• An inclusive mindset

• Minimum 2 year of experience in logistics (preferably both inbound and outbound)

• Good understanding of logistics coordination, applied to manage daily inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.

• Good understanding of data analysis and KPI reporting, enabling the role to monitor logistics performance and translate insights into process improvements using tools like Excel or Power BI.

• Good understanding of freight and customs processes, applied to audit invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate compliance records.

• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, enabling the role to resolve operational disruptions and manage multiple tasks under time-sensitive conditions.

• Good understanding of ERP systems and data accuracy, applied to process transactions and maintain logistics data integrity; D365 experience is a strong plus.

• A love of the outdoors

• An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work
