Your role:

We’re in business to save our home planet. The Project & Enablement Lead ensures effective and continuous development of modern Agile, portfolio, and project management practices across the EMEA organization. Through hands-on coordination, training facilitation, and operational oversight, the role supports functions in delivering projects and initiatives in a more adaptive and value-oriented way. It plays a critical part in embedding scalable work practices, improving decision-making structures, and enabling effective change execution across teams and departments


Main tasks:

Portfolio Facilitation & Governance: Promote adoption, maintain and improve the standards for setup and execution of cross-functional projects and programs, and align with global Enablement direction. Support with portfolio management, including the portfolio meetings. Prepare materials, align stakeholders, and maintain governance processes to support transparency, prioritization and decision making across initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional alignment, when required.

Project Enablement: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for project leads in delivery planning, backlog grooming, progress tracking, capacity planning and facilitation. Help identify blockers, manage dependencies, and suggest improvements to ways of working to drive project success and manage risk.

Agile Practice Management: Maintain and evolve the Agile framework used within EMEA by refining practices and adapting to organizational needs. Support the Agile Training portfolio to drive adoption across all functions, and support teams in applying Agile principles through coaching, retrospectives, onboarding, and facilitation.

Tooling & Process Optimization: Maintain tooling environments (e.g. ClickUp, Figma, DevOps) and propose improvements while driving adoption. Ensure that process documentation, templates, and team workflows are clear, up to date, and usable.

Operational Planning & Budget Tracking: Track functional budget components related to Enablement tooling and activities (e.g. training, tooling, team costs) and contribute inputs to annual planning and capacity processes.


What we’re looking for:

• An inclusive mindset

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project and portfolio management

• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies incl. frameworks like scrum and kanban, and tools such as Clickup, DevOps and Confluence

• Full understanding of project and portfolio management incl. tooling

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills

• Full understanding and experience with change management practices that encourages adoption of new practices

• Full understanding of budget tracking

• Full understanding of stakeholder engagement in matrixed and cross-functional governance structures;

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders at different levels

• Experience working in global organizations and understanding global and regional alignment will be a place

• A love of the outdoors

• An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work


Other important details:

• This is a Temporary full-time position based in Amsterdam, intended to support the team untill 31 May 2027

• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
