Senior Repair & Circularity Coordinator (f/m/d)

Your role:
We’re in business to save our home planet. Your role will contribute to this mission by helping to bring more efficiency into Circularity initiatives while balancing speed, cost and impact on the environment
Main tasks:
• Be the Trade-in & Resale lead by managing the current Resale operations and day-to-day logistics while building scaling and profitable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders to embed in the EMEA Resale Strategic Roadmap.
• Work closely with Circularity & Logistics Business Analyst on scaling systems solutions that match circularity business needs.
• Collaborate with the Resale & Worn Wear US team to keep learning on Trade-in & resale and transform into business needs in EMEA.
• Lead and implement the Rescue program aimed at retaining value and functionality in product returns, from ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, to operations planning to budget administration.
• Establish and ensure good application of the returns sorting guidelines and training documentation at 3PLs.
• Manage accurately used product inventory, drive improvements on administration and classification and works towards inventory accuracy.
• Co-lead the development of the post-consumer textile end-of-life management strategy and implementation aligned with Patagonia EMEA strategic direction. Coordinate operations for upcycling and recycling project initiatives.
• Support Repairs operations, trims supply back up and administration as needed.
What we’re looking for:
• An inclusive mindset
• Proven experience in designing and implementing circular business models, resale, or reverse logistics.
• Knowledge of textile compositions, recycling technologies, upcycling, and end-of-life strategies
• Project and program management skills, including budgeting and stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Experience managing service providers, logistics providers (3PLs) and developing and delivering training materials
• Understanding of inventory management systems and data accuracy.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude and strong operations planning skills.
• Experience working in an international business environment

• This is a Full-time position based in Amsterdam
• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
