Your role:

We’re in business to save our home planet. The System Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the stability, functionality, and optimization of business-critical systems that span multiple departments, applications, and regions.

By applying technical expertise, the analyst identifies and resolves system issues, implements improvements, and manages system-related change processes. Operating within agile structures and established frameworks, the role contributes to cross-functional project delivery, designs solutions aligned with best practices and supports short-term roadmap execution.

The System Analyst ensures systems meet evolving business needs while maintaining the integrity and performance of our application landscape.

Main tasks:

  • Systems Configuration and Change Delivery:

Manage and execute day-to-day system changes, enhancements, and issue resolutions through structured analysis, design, configuration, testing, and release management. Operate independently within established technical frameworks and Agile ceremonies to deliver updates that improve system performance and support evolving business needs.

  • Solution Design and Documentation:

Translate business requirements into system specifications and functional designs, and create clear, maintainable documentation to support implementation, testing, and scalability. Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base content for recurring issues, system processes, and change history to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.

  • Project Support and Implementation Facilitation:

Support cross-functional projects by translating business requirements into system specifications and functional designs. Validate technical feasibility and contribute to testing, rollout, and change management activities. Facilitate project delivery in initiatives with technology dependencies, ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities. Provide on-time feedback on their business area’s portfolio initiatives where technology is needed.

  • Backlog Management and Task Prioritization:

Maintain backlog management and task planning within Agile sprint cycles in close collaboration with business counterparts. Assist in prioritizing backlog items alongside the Technical Product Lead and cross-functional stakeholders, considering complexity, dependencies, and business impact.

  • Technical Support and Escalation Handling:

Provide system support for users across the region, resolving functional issues related to your product area. Escalate more complex or structural system issues to Tier 3 or external vendors while maintaining accountability for resolution tracking and documentation. Proactively identify root causes to system issues and seek to determine long term improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • An inclusive mindset

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE), including configuration and working with customer-facing processes. Experience should go beyond usage, with active involvement in configuring solutions and improving processes such as customer service or order-related workflows. Experience working in environments where CRM integrates with ERP systems is a plus

  • Proven experience working with business stakeholders to shape and translate requirements into functional system solutions. Able to engage directly with users, clarify needs, and turn them into clear, implementable solutions that balance business value and feasibility

  • Hands-on experience configuring CRM solutions within a functional role. Includes working with tools such as Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, or Power Pages

  • Familiarity with Power Platform capabilities. Experience with Power Automate workflows, business rules, and process automation within or alongside Dynamics 365 CE

  • Experience working in cross-system processes. Understanding of how customer-facing processes span multiple systems (e.g. CRM and ERP), and ability to support those flows

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service) and/or Power Platform. Considered a plus, but practical experience is more important

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

  • A love of the outdoors

  • An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work

  • Full understanding of system configuration and application lifecycle management

  • Full understanding of functional solution design, mapping and aligning business processes with system functional workflows, and producing clear and comprehensive documentation.

  • Full understanding of incident diagnosis, resolution and escalation handling

  • Good understanding of agile delivery practices, (such as sprint planning and backlog management) and project management.
