Your internship:

We’re in business to save our home planet. As a Wholesale Merchandising Intern you will support the day-to-day operations of the Marketplace Merchandising team, working closely with the Wholesale, E-com and Retail Merchandisers and cross-functional partners in Planning, Product, Operations and Sales. You will play a key role in keeping our assortment data accurate and up to date, enabling the team to make better decisions and serve our wholesale and DTC channels effectively.


Your tasks:

Wholesale Assortment Planning Support

  • Assist with maintaining the color mix file on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate representation of the active assortment across all relevant categories

  • Support with producing a monthly list of product highlights based on current stock levels, identifying key styles and stories to drive in season sell-through

  • Support the sales team by preparing and distributing carryover lists

Sample Coordination

  • Support end-to-end sample coordination by preparing and maintaining accurate sample allocation files (ensuring ordered quantities match availability) and tracking the receipt and status of incoming samples

Cross-channel support

  • Support with maintaining the weekly merchandise tracker, ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and clearly structured for team visibility

  • Support preparation of cross-channel discontinued merchandise lists

  • Help maintain and update marketing dates and marketing style lists across key tools, including the Selection File

  • Support the preparation of trade reports across channels, including weekly product performance analysis


What we’re looking for:

  • An inclusive mindset.

  • Enrolled in University or higher education studies related to business administration, economics, business analytics, fashion or retail management, supply chain and operations management or a similarfor the duration of the internship (or recent 2025 graduate).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; confident working with large data sets, pivot tables, and look-up functions

  • High level of attention to detail with a systematic and organised approach to managing multiple tasks

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions

  • Curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions

  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced seasonal environment

  • A genuine interest in outdoor pursuits and/or sustainability

  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.

  • A love of the outdoors.

  • An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your internship.


Other important details:

  • This is a full-time 6-month internship based in Amsterdam

  • We have a hybrid work model, working from home for 2-3 days per week, but encourage our interns to be in the office more often.
